Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SEO Chiefs website, the Free Search Visibility Intelligence Scan, its reports and related features. By using the website or requesting a scan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the service for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

The scan reviews evidence that may include publicly accessible website pages, technical and content signals, Google PageSpeed Insights data, competitor websites you submit and, if you choose to connect it, read-only Google Search Console data. Automated and AI-assisted systems interpret that evidence to produce findings and suggested priorities.

The service may return fewer than seven opportunities where the available evidence does not support seven useful findings. Scan depth, sources and features may change as the service develops.

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate information and a working email address.
• You own, operate or are authorised to assess the primary website you submit.
• You have permission to provide any business, competitor or account information submitted.
• You will review recommendations and use professional judgement before acting on them.
• You are responsible for securing the private link to your report.

Connecting Google Search Console is optional. If you connect it, you authorise SEO Chiefs to request read-only access and process available Search Console information for a property matching the submitted website. SEO Chiefs cannot edit your website or Search Console account through this permission.

You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent new Search Console evidence from being included, but it may not automatically delete an existing report or information already processed. Deletion requests can be made through our contact page.

You must not use the website or scan to:

• Break any law, infringe another person's rights or misuse confidential information.
• Scan websites without appropriate authority or submit misleading ownership claims.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use bots, scripts or repeated submissions to evade limits or consume unreasonable resources.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer or create a competing service from the scan or its reports.
• Introduce malware or use the service for deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.

We may limit, suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or use creates a security, legal or operational risk.

Reports are general strategic information, not legal, financial or professional advice tailored to every circumstance. Crawling can be limited by website availability, permissions, technical restrictions and time limits. Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and search systems change frequently.

Automated and AI-assisted findings may contain errors or omit relevant context. SEO Chiefs does not guarantee rankings, indexing, citations, traffic, leads, revenue, savings or any other commercial result. You remain responsible for decisions, implementation, testing and outcomes arising from use of a report.

The free scan is provided on an as-available basis. We may set usage limits, change or remove features, decline a submission, pause processing, or discontinue the service. Scans may fail when a website or third-party source is inaccessible. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, or permanent access to a report.

The service relies on third parties, including hosting, Google services and AI-assisted processing providers. Their products may have separate terms and privacy practices. SEO Chiefs does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, data availability or service changes. Google Search Console access is also subject to Google's applicable terms.

SEO Chiefs and its licensors own the website, software, brand, methodology, presentation and other service materials. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Subject to these terms, you may use and share a report generated for your business for your internal business purposes.

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant SEO Chiefs the limited permission needed to host, process and analyse that information to operate, secure and improve the service and provide your report.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information, including optional Google Search Console data. It forms part of these terms.

The free scan does not create an adviser, agency, partnership or client relationship. Any consulting, strategy, implementation or other paid work will be governed by a separate written agreement covering its scope, fees, responsibilities and commercial terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website, scan and reports are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Chiefs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the free service.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, respond to legal requirements, or address a breach of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably continue after use ends—including intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits—will survive.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
