This policy applies to the SEO Chiefs website, our Free Search Visibility Intelligence Scan and related communications. By using these services, you acknowledge the practices described below.

When you request a scan, we collect the information needed to prepare and deliver it:

• Your website address and basic business information.
• Your industry, primary service, target market and any competitor websites you provide.
• Your email address and your consent to receive the report and scan-related contact.
• Messages and other details you choose to send when contacting SEO Chiefs.

The scan collects and analyses information that is publicly available from the website and competitor websites submitted. This may include page titles, headings, text, links, structured data, page types and technical signals.

We may also request performance and diagnostic information for the submitted website from Google PageSpeed Insights. We record the scan's progress, evidence, findings and generated recommendations so we can provide the private report and operate the service.

You may choose to connect Google Search Console. This is optional, and the standard scan can run without it. If connected, SEO Chiefs requests read-only access to the Search Console properties available to the Google account you select.

We use this access to identify a matching property and read recent search-performance information such as queries, pages, clicks, impressions, position and date. This data is combined with website, competitor and PageSpeed evidence to improve your report. We do not use this access to change your website or Search Console account.

Connection credentials, property details and the evidence needed for the report may be stored securely while required to provide the service. Google Search Console information is not sold, used for advertising or shared except with service providers necessary to produce and operate the report. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke SEO Chiefs' access at any time in your Google Account permissions. You can also contact us to request deletion of the stored connection and associated data.

• To maintain security, prevent misuse and diagnose service problems.

The scan uses automated and AI-assisted processing to interpret the evidence collected and draft findings. Relevant business details, public website evidence, PageSpeed data and, when connected, Search Console evidence may be processed by service providers for this purpose. Recommendations are informational and should be reviewed before action is taken.

We use trusted providers to host and secure the service, store data, deliver website functionality, obtain Google data where requested and assist with report generation. They may process information only to provide those services to us. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

SEO Chiefs does not sell your personal information.

Scan reports use a private access link rather than a public listing. Anyone who receives that link may be able to open the report, so you should not share it publicly. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information, scan evidence, reports and connection data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by information type and context.

You may ask us to delete your scan and related personal information. We may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate security and record-keeping purposes.

When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process standard technical details such as IP address, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. The service may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for security and core functionality. We may also record limited product events, such as starting or completing a scan, to understand and improve the service.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, or request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent for future communications. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
